I forgot to post this yesterday, but I opened the Final Fantasy IV comparison thing. Since this is going to be a long, long thing I’m going to update it slowly over time like I did with my EarthBound/MOTHER 2 comparison. Also, since I’ll be playing THREE games I expect it to take quite a while.
Anyway, I’ve got an early version of the game’s introduction up there – I still need to polish things up and add the secret text and all that but it’s there if you’re interested.

I guess the weird thing for FloatEyeballs is that it’s “フロータイボール” and not “フロートアイボール”?
Also, it’s funny how when Cecil is thinking to himself how the difference between the two Japanese versions is two spaces :p
Yeah, it’s unusual to see that sort of thing done in katakana.
